Social and Educational Psychology Support

Social Psychology contributes to improve the quality and development of the education community's welfare. Its aim is to generate strategies which favour the students' growth as a whole and impact the different contexts in which they live, through early prevention and detection of risk situations.

Educational Psychology's role is to optimise the students' learning processes. It has a close relationship with an inclusive education and focuses on the different ways of acquiring knowledge.

Together with the teaching staff, these departments take care of overseeing and implementing special strategies for each student's requirements, either by using internal resources or by referring them to specialized professionals.

The Educational Psychology department has inserted education companions who work at the classrooms as well as personalized tutors in other areas.
